Chief Vision Officer

Brian uses his own experience as an entrepreneur to help our clients prioritize their goals. He serves as the “voice of the client”, helping our team understand what the client wants to achieve. Brian is a Kingdom entrepreneur leading service companies that include wealth management, and a wedding venue. He firmly believes that we should do "everything unto the Lord" and holds that our work is truly another form of worship to joyfully serve the King of kings and enjoy a grand adventure inside a life with Christ.

Chief Executive Officer

Susan sets the agency’s strategic direction, drives growth, nurtures partnerships, and ensures that every part of the organization is aligned with mission, values, and excellence. She champions innovation, inspires the team, and cultivates strong client and community relationships.

Chief Operating Officer

Kaitlyn ensures the agency runs with clarity, efficiency, and excellence—overseeing workflows, resource management, financial stewardship, and team performance. She partners directly with the CEO to turn vision into executable strategy and to build an environment where creativity and results thrive.

Studio Manager

Gabe leads the Studio team to ensure that all clients deliverables are met, and is the bridge between Client and Studios on a day-to-day basis. His engineering background creates value as a creative problem solver and systems thinker.

Creative Director

Jen ensures that our work meets the marketing objectives of our clients, and our standards for quality. She has a passion for working with young adults who are new to the industry. As a former mid-size agency owner with over 25 years of experience, she has seen first-hand that traditional education doesn’t prepare students well for the realities of a career as a creative professional. Jen teaches visual communications at Vertical Immersive.

Video Production

Noah helps translate the creative vision into high-quality video content. He supports everything from shoot preparation and on-set execution to post-production editing. His work blends hands-on production with developing technical skill and creative instincts.
Noah is an alumni of Vertical Immersive.

Marketing Apprentice

Carson works on many different aspects in the Studio. From back-end systems to branding and messaging, he is ready to jump on anything given to him and do it excellently.

Carson is currently a 2nd year student at Vertical Immersive.

Social Media Apprentice

Alea focuses on running social media for our clients, creating and posting content that resonates with audiences.
